Terms of service

These terms cover your use of datumsupplyco.com and any order you place with Datum Supply & Co. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed an order.

We work hard to describe products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens and supplier specifications occasionally change. If an item is materially not as described, that is a fault and our returns policy covers it.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your card details.

Returns and cancellation

Set out in full in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. They are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site — no attempting to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
