Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Cost

The delivery cost for your basket is shown at checkout before you pay. Most items ship free; where a charge applies you will see it on the checkout page, not afterwards.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 6 to 12 working days. Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner within 1 to 2 working days of you placing them.

Our stock sits with fulfilment partners overseas, which is why this is slower than a UK warehouse would be. We would rather say so here than surprise you after you have paid.

Tracking

You get a tracking number the moment the parcel moves, not the moment the label prints. Tracking can take a day or two to start showing movement once it is issued — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Orders with more than one item

Items may arrive separately and on different days, at no extra cost to you. If part of your order has arrived and the rest has not within the window above, email us.

Delays

Customs checks and carrier backlogs can add time. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, email contactdatum@datumsupplyco.com and we will either chase it or refund you.

Getting the address right

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, and we are not able to refund an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
