Contact information
Datum Supply & Co.
We are an online shop. There is no counter or showroom to visit, so email is the way to reach us and it is the fastest route to a person.
contactdatum@datumsupplyco.com
We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent at the weekend are picked up on Monday.
Contact form

What to include
If your message is about an order, quote your order number — it is in your confirmation email and starts with a hash. It saves a round trip and gets you an answer the same day.
Returns
Please email us before sending anything back. Our Return and refund policy sets out how it works, and we will send you the return address once we know what is coming.
